Building relationships
We’re
not just about getting a financial statement to the bank. Or getting a
tax return out the door. We’re not just number crunchers. We show
a genuine concern for our clients and look for every way we can help them
meet their goals. Every client relationship is a partnership. We look
out for our clients. We understand their concerns, problems, objectives,
and create solutions.
Listening
vs. hearing
Listening to a client is one thing, hearing what they are really
saying is something else entirely. By hearing what a client is saying
and asking them the right questions we can fully understand what a client
wants to achieve.
